Cool Autumn Breeze
with 
the
Warm Autumn Sun,
a gorgeous day 
we had chosen for our
"YANA PICNIC/
BALLOON LAUNCH"
September 15th, 2007.
Bill and Ned
""OUR SUPER CHEFS AT THE GRILL"
cooked to perfection,
yummy hot-dogs
and hamburgers,
along
with the many delicious side dishes
of potato salad, cole slaw,
baked beans
and,
of course, 
always potato chips.
Pies and cakes of plenty,
""NED'S SPECIALITY""
his great low fat frozen
yogurt pie.
(Ned is helping us to make wiser food choices,)
but then there was the fresh baked pecan pie
and what can we say,
Carrie's pies are always good
if only we could eat a just a tiny piece,
her pies
could also be classified as a
"WISER FOOD CHOICE,"
but to eat one small piece
of her scrumptious pecan pie is a
pure impossibility, for sure.
Only a few food items
have been mentioned,
as we had a nice variety of everything,
even a pumpkin low fat cake,
perfect for the pumpkin
season.
Thank you, Betty.
A special thank you to everyone
in attendance for their
contribution of
"GOOD"
food.
But most importantly,
if your food specialty was not
mentioned,
well,
recently memory does not
serve well,
and
apologies
are made to
those forgotten.

Betty parked her
gorgeous home
away
from home
at the
""FLORA CHARLEY BROWN PARK""
for our picnic convenience, 
with all appliances available for cooking,
heating,
cooling, our delicious food,
and the best for last
even
a
washer
and dryer
available in her
"Cadillac Camper"
for any mishaps and
soiling of our
clothing.
Prepared she was,
THANK YOU 
BETTY!!!!!.
We were so very fortunate
as
our
BLESSED
new friends,
Cheryl and her daughter,
Kelsey
took charge of our
large orders 
of balloons,
beautiful
silver, blue, white, red,
Mylar texture.
Also Cheryl provided our tags,
we,
all hoping that surely
one of our balloons launched
would travel to a far away place
and we would be
contacted giving the opportunity
to know exactly how many miles our
""MEMORIAL BALLOONS""
may have
flown,
as they
""SOARED""
into the
beautiful blue sun rays glowing 
in the sky,
from
""Heaven""
during our
""MEMORABLE""
Autumn Saturday afternoon.
We,
THE YANA SUPPORT GROUP
OF FLORA, ILLINOIS
would like to take this opportunity to
thank
Cheryl and Kelsey,
for their contribution to our
picnic/balloon launch.
With Cheryl and Kelsey at the realm
of the balloon ordering and tag making,
we were
relieved of pulling our
balloon launch together
amongst ourselves.
